it seems like take hours to find what i am looking for. I am a large short and chubby woman. Very hard to find my size. I have just about given up shopping on your site. please make it easy to clothes by chest size - generally or other means you can come up with.

I love their wide selection of over all items and colors. They ship out really fast to the USA ( Las Vegas, NV ) I have never had a bad experience with this company. There also have great sales all the time like 70% off on certain items etc. I will continue to shop with this company. I ordered on 1/27 and delivered on 2/3/23 coming from the country of Turkey.

Ordered items from them.My address wasn’t put on the parcel only city and postcode! Spent three weeks going bk and forth from them and fed ex trying myself to resolve the issue. It was fed ex that was holding my parcel for three weeks because of no address. Asked modernisa for refund they refused until they received parcel back. Shoddy appalling customer service I will never use them again.

Upon writing my previous review, I received a telephone call from Modanisa Turkey to fully understand the problem. I was given a discount coupon with the price of the Abaya in question even though I donated it. I received another telephone call to confirm the discount coupon. I used the discount coupon to buy a coat. I received the coat today which was a very quick delivery with free shipping since I have a golden membership level in "MyModanisa" program

I have written a previous review on Moda Isa, they responded that they would try to solve the issue, however i didnt not get an answer when I replied back.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service, i wished that I could continue ordering from this app, as it is hard to find a hijabi friendly website in Europe, but I remain disappointed and would not recommend to use it.

Regarding order 98178905. I ordered a swimsuit which was received on 19/01/23, on inspection there was lots of loose threads and even threads that didnt even meet, therefore with any use it would unravel. Clearly no quality checks were done on the item. They offered me a voucher with a min spend of £50 which I refused as why should I have to waste more more money plus postage on such an awful company. Since complaining to them they have been useless, as the item is a swim suit I cannot return it due their policy even though they sent me a defective item! They keep closing my case and are not giving me a refund. Awful company that take no responsibility for faulty items. Stay clear its not worth the headache.

I love shopping with them. I noticed some people complain about returning their items and the horrible experience. Honestly these people are so annoying who buy wrong products and complain other! This website has all their item description correctly. I love this website for my modest clothing. Their prices is reasonable, correct description and ships on time. My favourite website to buy and recommend.

I like ordering through Modanisa, because it’s a safe site, they have great value and selection and their delivery is on time too.

I received damaged items and inaccurate items and when I contacted these scammers for a refund, they refused to provide a free return label. The shipping company quoted me at least $60 to return a $100 package.This has been the experience of everyone I've spoken to who has purchased from Modanisa.

Buyer beware: you WILL get items that look nothing like the images and are DAMAGED, and you will NOT get your money back in full.

This is order number 87622338. Where’s my refund? You stole 60$ from me. The package that you sent was shipped right back to the turkey warehouse. You got my money AND you got your own products.

I don’t want a coupon, I want my money. You people are so cheap with your costumer service, SHEIN had the same issue one time and they refunded me 4 DAYS LATER!

we have a delightful experience with our first order from Modanisa. Great price with high quality product. It sounds like something doesn't add up here right? Believe us. it is 100 % correct statement with Modanisa " Great price with high quality product". We had been little worry and skeptical until our shipment showed up in our door step within three days. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought my mother 3 dresses from here and through PAYPAL!!! They did not give me a free return label as indicated on the website and the return policy- even after requesting. After getting in contact with PayPal they said that their protection policy does not allow them to get involved in returns and shipping. The return procedure is very pricy and UPS told me to get it shipped back I have to pay 230 dollars CAD lol for something that weighs less than 1 LBS!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been shopping from Modanisa for years, and i love Modanisa, and Their customer service is a 10/10.
Although there have been minor problems they solve the problem within minutes. The customer service team is very polite, and i feel safe buying from them.

I have been buying faithfully from Modanisa from years and. Deliveries are fast,my choices are always what I expected and more. Sometimes The sizing needs to be studied well so if you find some too big . I love Modanisa!
